Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies to strengthen the companyโs brand presence across various online platforms. This role involves managing social media and online advertising campaigns, creating engaging digital content, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating online marketing events. The position also includes handling customer inquiries, supporting email marketing initiatives, and assisting with other marketing-related tasks as needed. Job Responsibilities
๏ท Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, and TikTok, to strengthen brand awareness and corporate reputation.
๏ท Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to develop relevant and compelling advertising content and visual materials.
๏ท Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance to ensure continuous optimization and achievement of marketing objectives.
๏ท Plan, organize, and coordinate online marketing events, such as webinars, workshops, and conferences.
๏ท Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience.
๏ท Develop, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
๏ท Create digital content and landing pages to support marketing initiatives.
๏ท Undertake other related duties and ad hoc assignments as directed by the immediate superior.
Job Requirements
๏ท Minimum Diploma or Bachelorโs Degree in Advertising, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
๏ท Fresh graduates with a strong interest in digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
๏ท Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
๏ท Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and processes, including paid advertising, email marketing, and social media management.
